Take your blueprint and attend our classes led by your Blueprint Architects. Work with a trainer if needed or take advantage of
our systematic classes. Mix and Match is also recommended.
We get it. You're an alpha-go getter and want to do this on your own. GO GET IT! But the classes are there when you want them and your Blueprint Architects are on standby if you need additional help.

START DRAWING YOUR BLUEPRINT AND BUILD A NEW YOU
At the beginning of your journey, our strategy session will assess how you move, your current fitness level and your short and long-term goals. We even have a state-of-the-art FIT3D Body Scan that scans your body. In just 35 seconds, we can have all your specific measurements and be ready to get to work. If you have pain anywhere in your body, we will find it and begin the building process.
Remember, this is a journey, and to get the most out of it, you need to take classes. But these aren’t your average classes. Each one has a specific purpose, so when you’re catching your breath and cooling down, you know you’re doing exactly what you need to be doing. And along the way, you’re building relationships with like minded people – a necessary component to effective results.
Assessing and classes are great, but what really makes us better than other gyms is our knowledge and equipment. When you partner with a Blueprint trainer, we’ll develop a fitness blueprint that’s right for you – together. Exercise, nutrition, recovery – they’re all a part of the big plan.
